Since 2022, Joy’s Creative Moments has been serving the greater Twin Cities, MN area by creating beautiful balloon decor and creating wonderful lasting memories.
I’ve lived in MN since I was 7 years old. We moved around quite a bit, from Minneapolis, to Maplewood, then to Woodbury where I graduated from high school. I then moved to WI for college, then back to MN where I lived in Burnsville and Apple Valley before finally settling down in Mound this past November. I’m married to my wonderful husband Bernard and we have 1 amazing daughter, Elaina. They have now become my lovely set-up team on most installs, so it's been amazing having us all together. I’ve always loved being creative and after being in the corporate world, I needed to find my artistic outlet again, and balloons are it. I LOVE making garlands and seeing how happy it makes others fills my soul!
